Entrecard : kezako ?

Vous connaissez ma manie de détourner les sites de leur fonction première. Et bien voilà. Je me suis inscrite à un site très sympa : Entrecard dont le but est de faire de la pub pour son blog et celle des autres à travers un encart dédié (cherchez, cherchez!). Même si je suis contente qu’on vienne me voir, il faut savoir que le site encourage plutôt les visites éclair et pas forcément la lecture des articles. Alors moi ce qui m’intéresse chez Entrecard c’est le coté artistique. Tout d’abord on y découvre de nouveaux blogs dont certains valent vraiment le détour et d’autre part on peut se créer une jolie liste de favoris et vous me confirmerez sans doute qu’elle est très esthétique. Un patchwork de la blogosphère mirabélienne !
You know my habit to use websites for what they were not made for. Here I go. I subscribed to a pretty interesting website : Entrecard. Its goal is to advertize blogs, yours, mine etc… You’ve probably noticed the widget on Entrecard enabled (I love that word) blogs (where is it? where is it?). That’s how you advertize your and other people’s blogs. Don’t get me wrong. I’m glad to get the visitors sent by Entrecard but most of them are hit and run visitors, not so much readers. So what I’m interested in with Entrecard is the artistic side. First of all you discover great blogs, then you can create a beautiful wall of favorites and doesn’t mine look neat? A real patchwork of the Mirabelle blogosphere.

Thanks! Yes, some entrecarders are of course readers.
It probably depends also on why you blog.
Some people want to make a quick buck, others really love blogging, so I’m not surprised that the expat bloggers are more interested in other blogs. Abroad it’s also nice to talk to expats or world travelers. Usually they are openminded and have great stories to tell. My experience.
Yes, you’re right. In general the travel and international blogs are the most readable and interesting. But it’s for strange that through Entrecard I get at least 50 hits from the Philippines but nobody sais hello, or even comment..((
I dont drop 300 cards a day, only on them who I like and which sites are accessible, since some are to full with ads and other stuff. This site is a good one.)!

Yes, bloggers from the Philippines are amazing advertizers and short visitors. I also get a lot of visits from the Philippines. I have 2 friends from the Philippines but they don’t live there, so it has to be entrecard visitors. It would be nice of course to make contact
