Soirée vaporeuse avec Rosie Friday / A long white Cloud on Hackney Road

Vendredi soir : soirée au bar « A long white Cloud » sur Hackney Road. Concert de Rosie Friday (voir vidéo ci-dessous). Merci à Antoine, mon coloc, de m’avoir envoyé dans un bar de striptease (faut vérifier l’adresse !)

Paysage australien au British Museum / Australian lanscape at the British Museum

Après la journée du Canada, le Commonwealth continue à être à l’honneur avec une expo spéciale Australie au British Museum, le seul, l’unique. La partie qui m’intéresse particulièrement est le jardin créé de concert avec Kew Gardens, dont voici quelques plantes océaniques. Jusqu’au 16 octobre 2011, gratuit. Info : http://www.kew.org

After Canada Day, the Commonwealth continues to be honored with a special Australia exhibition at the British Museum, the one and only. Oto : impro musicale à Dalston Junction / Oto: Dalston Junction musical Impro

Et voici le Londres nocturne, la suite. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Après le concert pop-rock, voici la musique contemporaine. C’est dur à écouter mais ça reflète bien une promenade dans une rue de NY avec ses distractions, sa cacophonie, ses bousculades, ses frayeurs, ses agacements, ses surprises, ses envies… Donc j’étais au bar « Oto », près de Dalston Junction hier.

Voilà London night reloaded. There’s something for everyone in this city. After the pop-rock concert, let’s try contemporary music. It’s hard to listen to but it reminds me of a walk down the streets of NY, with its distractions, its cacophony, its commotion, its scares, its irritations, its surprises, its desires … So, I was at the bar « Oto », near Dalston Junction, yesterday.
